The Quickstart Package consists on a complete Durpal! + Template + Various Extensions + Sample Content, excellent for beginner users to explore back-end settings and sample content. Installing the Quickstart is just like installing Drupal!, but you will have the full demo of the theme on your server. Once your environment is ready, follow this quick guide:
Localhost only: create a new folder in the htdocs folder for Xampp (www folder for Wamp). Example: mywebsite
Unpack all files and folders of the Template Package file and open the demo folder.
This section will guide you through general information such as Download Package, Included Files, System Requirements and Installation. Please note that you need to check your PHP memory cache when using an installation profile. Depending on the installation profile you need to allocate more memory cache for PHP.

Drupal 8: PHP 5.5.9 or higher
MySQL 5.5.3/MariaDB 5.5.20/Percona Server 5.5.8 or higher with PDO and an InnoDB-compatible primary storage engine,
PostgreSQL 9.1.2 or higher with PDO,
SQLite 3.6.8 or higher
Installation

How to Fresh Installation
This instruction are for people that have experience manually installing Drupal and importing databases. If you do not feel comfortable performing these steps yourself, contact your server administrator for help. WARNING Do not import the provided SQL file into an existing Drupal database or you will lose all existing data.
Full Drupal installation comes without images, which was only for theme demonstration.
After purchasing theme, you will get a download package. Extract the archive somewhere on your computer.
step 1
Download a theme package of your choice (e.g. gavias_gofunded_full)
step 2
Extract package.
step 3
Goto folder fresh-installation/
. Copy the gavias_gofunded_demo.zip
file to the location on your web server where you want your site to be accessed and unzip.
step 4
Access your MySQL database and create a new DB (e.g. gavias_gofunded)
Import the SQL file fresh-installation/database.sql.zip
to database for theme(e.g. gavias_gofunded). The PhpMyAdmin might be helpfull for managing your databases.

Install profile standard for drupal

Go to [your-website]/user
and Login to your site with the username admin
and the password admin
and visit admin/people
to change the admin username and password again, visit admin/config/system/site-information
to change the site-information again
Go through the Drupal configuration found in admin/config options and update all the necessary information to reflect your website. Also be sure to visit /admin/config/media/file-system
and update the Files Directories.
And visit admin/config/development/performance
Clear all cache drupal.
Finish
You're having a full website.
Installation for existing sites
Note: The installation theme drupal on an existing site very difficult, you need a lot of experience doing it.If you can, you should install quickstart demo. It is easy use.
You need backup database and file for your webiste.
This section will guide you through general information such as Download Package, Included Files, System Requirements and Installation. Note:
Drupal 8: PHP 5.5.9 or higher

If you enable xdebug extension, you need set xdebug.max_nesting_level = 256
for your server and reset your server.
How to install theme with demo package
step 1
Download a theme package of your choice and Extract the downloaded theme archive somewhere on your computer.
step 2 : Upload file
Upload theme in folder existing-installation/themes/gavias_gofunded
to your site folder in /themes
Upload modules all required modules existing-installation/modules/
to your site in /modules folder.
step 3: Theme activation
Login to your Drupal site and go to admin/appearance
install and enable the gofunded Theme and set it as the default theme & active.
step 4: Install modules
Please make sure what you are have enabled next modules, you can go to /admin/modules
and enable module:

step 5: Import and create home page

Block Config
Using Block Builder
Visit yourdomain.com/admin/structure/gavias_blockbuilder to create a block builder by importing code from (/files_export_blockbuilder/files_export_home_v1.txt).
1. Create new blockbuilder: Please goto yourdomain.com/admin/structure/gavias_blockbuilder/form/0
2. Import: You can import block builder by importing code from (/files_export_blockbuilder/files_export_home_v1.txt) to the new block builder
3. Save: Click save button to the block builder.
You can drag & drop and config row, columns and element in Layout designer to change position of Blocks.
4. Choose block builder in the page: You can add or edit basic page and choose block builder

to configure your theme's settings. You can select your color scheme, add your own custom CSS, add your own custom logo, etc.

If you used demo install profile, then this setup will be already done. In which case you may only need to modify things.
However we still recommend that you read this section carefully because it contains important information which will be useful during modification of the block configuration.
Assigning block
Blocks are placed in regions via the Block Admin page Dashboard > Structure > Blocks
. Here you can Enable, throttle, place, configure blocks and Add a region
Creating new a region
1. Open gavias_gofunded/gavias_gofunded.info.yml file (with a text editor)
2. Find copyright: Copyright
3. Insert code after: region_name = Region human readable name
4. Save gavias_gofunded.info.yml file and go to Configuration > Performance to clear site cache
Placing your block region into the theme
1. Open gavias_gofunded/template/page/main.html.twig file (with a text editor)
2. Paste this code to wherever you want to display block region:

Update modules, theme and drupal core to Drupal 9
Environment requirements of Drupal 9
If you are running Drupal 9 on Apache, at least version 2.4.7 is required.
Drupal 9 requires at least PHP 7.3. PHP 7.4 is also supported but not required.
Step I: Backup website & Enable maintenance mode
Back up both your files and database. Having a complete backup makes it easy to revert to the prior version if the update fails.
Enable maintenance mode:- Using Drupal, put your site into maintenance mode. To do so:
- Navigate the admin interface to Administration > Configuration > Development > Maintenance mode.
- Check "Put site into maintenance mode" checkbox.
- Click on "Save configuration".
Step II: Update modules
- Download package theme again, update all modules of website from folder existing-installation/modules/
to your site in /modules
folder.
- If you use other modules does not include on package theme, please make sure that module support drupal 9, and you need update that modules.
- Visit [your-domain]/update.php
and run update database
Step III: Update theme files
Update files on folder /files_update_theme_drupal_9/themes/
of package theme to /themes/
of your website.
Step IV: Update drupal core
- Navigate to your Drupal directory. Select all the files in the top-level directory (also hidden files starting with a dot) as well as the 'core' and 'vendor' directories, and delete them. Be sure not to delete the 'modules', 'profiles', 'sites', and 'themes' directories.
- You can find the release notes for your version at https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal, At bottom of the project page under the "Downloads" section use the link for your version of Drupal to view the release notes. If your version is not listed, use the "View all releases" link. From this page, you can scroll down or use the filter to find your version and its release notes
- Copy/Upload the 'core' and 'vendor' directory and the files in the top-level directory to your Drupal directory.
Step V: Update database
- Using your browser, run update.php by visiting http://www.example.com/update.php
(replacing www.example.com with your domain name). This will update the core database tables.
